Caroline, AMFT
Therapy can be intimidating and difficult to seek. It can also come at a time of challenges and hardships. As a therapist, I strive to create an open and inviting environment with compassion, empathy, and acceptance. I am here to support and guide you in your journey to self-exploration and self-awareness. With an emphasis on a client-centered approach, I work with each unique client to find a treatment model that works best with them. I utilize an eclectic approach that includes cognitive-behavioral theory, attachment theory, systems theory, solution-focused theory, and psychoanalytic theory, to help you navigate life and ultimately become the best version of yourself. I help lead my clients to a more fulfilling and enriching life by deepening their relationships with others and themselves. I encourage you to seek therapy however you feel today to ultimately learn more about yourself and to continue to evolve.
