What Can I Expect?

Our time together begins with an initial assessment to understand your personal, social, emotional, and physical history. We then begin to identify your therapy goals and we find a treatment plan that works for you. From there, we begin our journey to take you outside of your comfort zone to truly grow and get you where you want to be.

What Is Required Of Me?

In order for therapy to be productive, I ask all my clients to be honest, open, and patient. Forming new habits and revisiting traumatic memories can be difficult. Lastly, I ask all my clients to make a commitment to prioritize their mental health.

How Often Should We Meet?

Everyone grows and learns at a different pace. Scheduling needs are discussed during our first session and ultimately, you will decide how often therapy is necessary for your journey. 

How Will We Meet?

I offer HIPAA Compliant telehealth services along with in-person therapy sessions with proof of vaccination.

What If We Are Not A Good Fit?

Therapy is only as successful as the therapist-client relationship. I offer free 15-minute phone consultations for all potential clients. If either party feels it is not a good fit, I am happy to recommend clinicians that fit what you are looking for.
